To save any output files you write, you can download them from the Files panel, or find them later in your home directory from the OpenOnDemand home page.

To save images, you can export them to your working directory and download them. You can also copy the image and save it that way.

You can also place all of your figures and output text into a single file, using file functions as detailed below:

PDF("location/file.pdf")  #PDF can be replaced with TIFF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, or SVG.
Plot(fit1)
Plot(fit2)
Dev.off()  #This will put all of your figures into a PDF
